Save what you want to keep
Open Profile → Data management and choose Prepare my PDF. Preview or share your private export before deleting. Progress photos are separate from this PDF, so save any photos or reports you want to keep.
Delete your cloud account
- Open GLP-1 Bestie and go to Profile.
- Under Account & data, open Data management.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read the confirmation and choose Delete permanently.
The service queues your cloud account deletion. After the request is accepted, the app removes local logs, photos, reports, community cache, reminders, preferences and your secure session. It continues checking for confirmation while cloud deletion finishes. Deletion is permanent.
Using a local profile?
If you have not connected a cloud account, the button is Erase local profile. It permanently removes the profile and data stored by Bestie on that device.
What deletion covers
Cloud deletion removes private account records, tracking backups and uploaded private files, and removes or de-identifies community content. Some de-identified moderation evidence, limited deletion audit records and operational records remain for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Copies you have exported or shared elsewhere, and data already saved to Apple Health, are managed separately in those apps or locations.
Cancel Premium separately
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. To stop renewal, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GLP-1 Bestie. Follow Apple’s subscription instructions.
Need help or cannot sign in?
Email support@glp1bestie.app with the subject “Account deletion.” Contact us from the email associated with your account if possible. We may need to verify ownership before removing account data. Never send a password or verification code.
